To schedule your consultation, please use the booking form below to choose your preferred service, date, and time. All consultations are done online through telehealth, making it easy and convenient for you. You can join the call on your computer/laptop or mobile phone.

If you’re looking for an appointment outside of my regular clinic hours, please send me an email and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Alexandra King operates a cancellation policy for all appointments scheduled within the clinic. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If I don’t receive this notice, or if you’re unable to attend without letting me know, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will apply. 

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and under exceptional circumstances, I may waive the cancellation fee at my discretion. I truly appreciate your commitment to attending your appointment or notifying me in advance. It helps me serve all my clients better.

Maternity leave announcement: Please note that I will be on maternity leave from mid-February 2026 until August 2026.

  • New clients: If you would like to work with me, please book an appointment before mid-January 2026 to ensure your plan is in place before my leave.

  • Existing clients: Please book your appointments before mid-February 2026 to ensure continuity of care.
